At the same time, pending sales have dipped by 1.3%, marking their lowest point since March. It\u2019s interesting to note that while the median asking price edged down 0.1%, the year-over-year median sale price is still up 1.8%, despite the challenges of higher mortgage rates and ongoing economic uncertainty.<\/p>\n<p>In our corner of the Lakeshore\u2014Spring Lake, Grand Haven, Muskegon\u2014these trends often play out with their own local flavor, especially for waterfront and single-family properties.
